Masterpiece "Boy"

This piece was developed as the graduation project at the Hout en Meubilerigscollege (HMC). Oak and walnut were combined, adding refined detail to the handcrafted dovetail joints. Inside the box, three walnut compartments were made, along with a drawer featuring concealed dovetail joints. Tapered legs support the piece, while the rails beneath the box were steam-bent and joined through the legs using mortise and tenon connections.
